School Resources

First of all, I feel like school resources are a huge part of success in a students life. Books in particular are a major resource that students should be provided in order for them to read information they need to know and up to date texts in particular so that students aren’t left behind when new information is put in newer versions of books. Without books students are forced to rely on retaining information based soleley on the lecture their teacher has given. This gives them no chance of reading over the information and being able to review what they learned from the teachers lecture. Books need to be up to date yearly in order for children to not fall behind in not only their grade reading level but also not to fall behind in the standard they need to be in in order to proceed to the next level of education. Books are one main source that need to be provided for our students. 

Next is the factor and effect having the proper material provided for our students and how it effects their view on things. When being able to provide the necessary material for the students it gives them a sense of confidence that they are being taught the same education as the other kids that are in nice funded schools. Even though they are so young they are very smart and do see all that is around them and see what other kids have and what they don’t. A negative effect of not being able to provide the proper material for our students is the fear of them falling behind in their grade levels and the lack of confidence in them wanting to learn. A lack of funding and material produce high drop out rates in all levels of education, and we want to avoid that because we want all our students to succeed in their road of education. 

Another way we can try and help our schools funds are hosting fundraisers and continue to vote and fight for better funding on education. If we can not find help else where, the citizens around the area need to help out by producing small fundraisers. Any little profit would help these schools in need we just all need to be willing to put in some effort in order to raise money for our schools who need help most. Citizens as parents and voters need to continue to vote when it comes to a time to vote for extra funding because all schools should be able to have the oppurtunity to be funded when needed most. Our students deserve the best in order for them to succeed in education.
